Andrew J. Ploeg is an assistant professor in the Cultures, Civilizations and Ideas program at Bilkent University. He specializes in contemporary American literature and culture. His research interests include language, literary theology and a/theology, sports and fantasy sports, film, and ergodic texts. His work has appeared in journals such as European Journal of Cultural Studies, Journal of Language, Literature and Culture, and Shofar: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Jewish Studies, as well as in edited volumes.
