George Ciccariello-Maher
George Ciccariello-Maher was born in the woods of Maine, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in political theory at the University of California, Berkeley. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in Journal of Black Studies, Radical Philosophy Review, Monthly Review, The Commoner, Qui Parle, Human Architecture: Journal of the Sociology of Self-Knowledge, and Listening: Journal of Religion and Culture, as well as a number of edited volumes, and he has translated books by Enrique Dussel and Immanuel Wallerstein. He currently lives in Caracas, where he is writing a dissertation on revolutionary subjectivity in Sorel, Negri, and Fanon, while contributing regularly to Counterpunch and MRZine.
